Which 5.56 Piston Upper/Rifle

Hey Folks,

My question is this:

With all the new/existing piston models out there, which 5.56 piston model has better quality/reliability? Been looking at getting a piston model, but can't seem to find out which is the better unit.
Any help would be appreciated.
